You must present the original salvage title showing ownership in your name. The VIN on the title must match the vehicle being inspected.
All Receipts for Repaired or Replaced Parts
Receipts must show where each part was purchased, the date of purchase, and the seller’s information. This includes body parts, mechanical parts, suspension, lights, and any safety-related components.
Donor VIN for Any Used Parts
If any parts came from another vehicle, the receipt must include the donor vehicle’s VIN to verify the part’s origin.

Photos must clearly show the vehicle’s condition before repairs and after completion. Required angles include front, rear, sides, interior, engine bay, airbag area, and VIN plate.
Statement of Builder (If Someone Else Rebuilt the Vehicle)
If a shop or another individual rebuilt the vehicle, a signed statement or invoice describing the repairs performed is required.
Bill of Sale (If Recently Purchased)
If the vehicle was recently bought and not yet titled in your name, a bill of sale must be provided to show proof of ownership transfer.

A valid government-issued ID is required from the vehicle owner or authorized representative.
Power of Attorney (If the Owner Is Not Present)
If someone other than the titled owner brings the vehicle, a signed Power of Attorney is required.
