✔ Receipts of all parts replaced
✔ Pre-repair photos
✔ Visible and readable VIN
✔ Valid ID
✔ Vehicle must be running and drivable

Requirements

M&L Auto Rebuilt Inspections performs state-required rebuilt vehicle inspections authorized under the Florida PRVIP Program (Private Rebuilt Vehicle Inspection Program).

If your vehicle meets the standard, we approve it so you can request your official Rebuilt Title.

Our inspection covers:

Physical + structural vehicle review

VIN verification and documentation match

Validation of replaced parts and repairs

Required photo evidence (pre + post repair)

State-compliant approval for Rebuilt Title processing

Your final step before driving legally again.
